The Supreme Court, announcing the detailed verdict on the Asghar Khan case,ordered a probe into allegations against the ISI distributing Rs270 million to rig the 1990 general elections.The verdict also contains Brigadier Hamid Saeed’s Secret diary which contains details and names of those involved in the alleged distribution of money.The Supreme Court had directed the FIA to probe charges against Baig and Durrani for rigging the elections as well as an investigation into the accused politicians who were allegedly bribed by the two generals.
