Flood in Dera Ghazi Khan affects thousands 10 sep,2012 Night

3 feet flood water running on the Railway puli to GHQ hospital,in saddar bazar one foot
and in city about 4 inch high.
Rain once again began to lash the city on Monday morning while floodwater caused a breach in Dera Ghazi Khan canal, inundating half of the city.
In Dera Ghazi Khan, Public Health Department’s office, Railway Road, Border Military Police Line, Indus Colony among various areas have come under rain floodwater.
while Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan claimed that the level of water is decreasing and thousands of people have been moved to safer places.
Widespread rains continued across the country, triggering high flood in the nullahs of Dera Ghazi Khan
due to which floodwater is entering the residential areas of the city.Dera Ghazi Khan Administration has
declared a state of emergency.
The flood and rainwater is entering the house located in Shamsa abad,Siddique abad,Abdullah town,
Gadai Gao Shala, Railway Pali and their adjoining areas like Civil lines all admin office,Hospita land Schools.
