The Chief Justice it seemed as if two companies were enjoying a sort of monopoly under which they take decisions according to their own will. The Supreme Court also expressed anger at the policy to evaluate the prices of petroleum products and CNG on a weekly basis and have sought relevant details in this regard. The Petroleum Secretary informed the court that although it had been decided that the CNG prices would be determined on a half-yearly basis, the government linked CNG prices with that of petrol. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi of the IHC observed in his decision that the executive could not be allowed to exploit electricity consumers and it was duty of regulatory bodies to protect consumer rights.The Islamabad High Court directed electricity distribution companiesto pay back money collected from consumers last summer under the Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA) head. In January this year,IHC Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan had restrained National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) from charging FPA in a public interest petition. For Region I (Potohar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan) the CNG price has dropped by Rs30.90 to Rs61.64 per kilogram.Whereas for Region II ( Sindh, Punjab,and its areas excluding Potohar) the new price of CNG now stands at Rs54.16 with a decrease of Rs30.38 per kilogram.

Usama said, "Keep your wife, as we know nothing about her except good." Buraira said, "I cannot accuse her of any defect except that she is still a young girl who sleeps, neglecting her family's dough which the domestic goats come to eat (i.e. she was too simpleminded to deceive her husband)." Allah's Apostle said, "Who can help me to take revenge over the man who has harmed me by defaming the reputation of my family? By Allah, I have not known about my family-anything except good, and they mentioned (i.e. accused) a man about whom I did not know anything except good."

Narrated Anas: We chased a rabbit at Mar-al-Zahran and the people ran after it but were exhausted. I overpowered and caught it, and gave it to Abu Talha who slaughtered it and sent its hip or two thighs to Allah's Apostle. (The narrator confirms that he sent two thighs). The Prophet accepted that. (The sub-narrator asked Anas, "Did the Prophet; eat from it?" Anas replied, "He ate from it.")
